- Apex Subscription acts as an intermediary between publishers and customers. Delivery schedules, content, and continuity of journals or magazines are the responsibility of publishers.

- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
