Refund Policy
At Apex Subscription (www.apexsubs.com), we are committed to ensuring transparency and clarity in our subscription and book supply services. Please read our refund terms carefully before placing an order.
- Printed Books
- Cancellations and refunds are possible only before dispatch from the office of Apex Subscription.
- Refund amount will be credited within 2 weeks to original payment method.
- Once the books are dispatched, no refund or cancellation is allowed.
- Magazine & Journal Subscriptions
- Cancellations are allowed within a few days of receipt of payment (before the subscription is activated with the publisher).
- Once the subscription has been processed/activated, refunds or cancellations are not possible.
- Refund amount will be credited within 3 months from the expiry of subscription in case of missed issues and within 3-4 weeks in case ordered cancelled before processing to original payment method.
- Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
- In case of damaged or incorrect books/journals supplied, customers must notify us immediately. We will coordinate with the publisher/distributor to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
- Special Considerations
- Refunds, if applicable under exceptional circumstances, will be at the sole discretion of Apex Subscription management and subject to verification.
