Returns Policy

Please note the following return terms:
- No Returns After Processing/Dispatch
- Once an order has been processed and dispatched from the office of Apex Subscription,0returns are not possible under any circumstances.
- Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
- In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, you must notify us immediately. We will coordinate with the respective publisher or distributor to arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
- Returns will not be accepted; only replacements will be facilitated in such cases. Replacement /Exchange orders will be delivered within 30 business days
- Special Cases
- Any exceptions to the above policy will be considered at the sole discretion of Apex Subscription management and subject to verification.
